Our Journey
Our journey in Sedalia began long before opening this restaurant. We are a family of four—my mom, Zoveyda; my dad, Santos; my brother, Joseph; and me, Laritza. My dad arrived in Sedalia in 1999 and worked as a ranch hand for many years, eventually making this town his home. Soon after, my mom joined him, and not long after that, I did too.
Over the years, Sedalia has become more than just where we live—it’s where we’ve built lifelong friendships and found a true sense of community. This town holds a special place in our hearts, and there was no better place to bring our dream to life.
I grew up in Sedalia, attending Sedalia Elementary, Castle Rock Middle School, and Castle View High School before earning my business administration degree from CU Denver. My passion for food led me to culinary school at Emily Griffith, where I honed my skills to bring something special to our hometown.
Now, we are honored to share our love for food and hospitality with Sedalia. Whether you’re a longtime local or just passing through, we hope to create memorable dining experiences that make you feel at home.
